This document is an official public offer to conclude an agreement for the provision of information, consulting, and other services presented on the website storiesofkaty.com.
1. General provisions
1.1. This Public Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") defines the terms and conditions for the purchase and provision of services and digital products presented on the Site.

1.3. An individual or legal entity that orders and/or pays for the Contractor's services is hereinafter referred to as the "Customer".
1.4. This Agreement is a public offer.
1.5. Payment for a service or digital product, placing an order or other action that, according to the information on the Site, confirms acceptance of the terms of this offer, means full and unconditional acceptance by the Customer of the terms of the Agreement.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with the service or access to the digital product selected by him, and the Customer undertakes to pay for it under the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. The Site may offer:

2.3. The specific content, format, cost, terms and procedure for providing each service are indicated on the relevant page of the Site or agreed with the Customer separately.
3. Ordering procedure
3.1. The Customer selects a service or product on the Site and places an order in accordance with the available functionality.
3.2. To place an order, the Customer may provide their name, phone number, e-mail and other necessary data.
3.3. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
4. Cost and payment procedure
4.1. The cost of each service or digital product is indicated on the Site or communicated to the Customer prior to payment.
4.2. Payment is made in the manner available on the Site.
4.3. Banking and payment services may set their own fees and payment rules.
4.4. The Customer's payment obligations are considered fulfilled after the successful transfer of funds.
5. Procedure for providing services
5.1. Services may be provided online or in another format specified in the description of the specific service.
5.2. Access to digital materials may be provided by sending a link to an e-mail, via Telegram or another platform, by sending a file, through a personal account, or in another way specified on the Site.
5.3. The Customer is solely responsible for having the necessary device, software, and access to the Internet.
6. Postponement of individual consultations
6.1. If the service provides for an individual consultation at a specified time, the Customer must notify the Contractor in advance of the inability to participate in the consultation.
6.2. The possibility and date of transfer shall be agreed upon by the parties separately.
6.3. In the event of the Customer's delay, the duration of the consultation may be reduced by the time of delay, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
7. Refund
7.1. Refund issues are resolved in accordance with the nature of the purchased service, the actual scope of its provision, and the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
7.2. For digital products to which the Customer has already been actually provided access, the possibility of a refund is determined taking into account the requirements of applicable law and the circumstances of a specific order.
7.3. If the Contractor cannot provide the paid service due to its own fault, the parties may agree to postpone the service, replace it with another service, or refund the funds.
7.4. To apply for a refund, the Customer sends a request moc.liamg%40avehcysalVot, indicating your full name, name of the purchased service, date of payment and reason for the request.
8. Intellectual property
8.1. All materials that the Customer receives within the scope of the provision of services, including texts, guides, presentations, videos, photographs, methodologies, checklists and other materials, are objects of intellectual property rights of the Contractor or are used by him on legal grounds.
8.2. The purchase of a service or digital product does not mean the transfer of intellectual property rights to the Customer.
8.3. The Materials are intended solely for the personal use of the Customer, unless otherwise expressly agreed with the Contractor.
8.4. Without the written consent of the Contractor, it is prohibited to copy materials for the purpose of further distribution, sell or transfer them to third parties, publish them in the public domain, use them to create your own paid products, or pass off the Contractor's materials as your own.
9. Responsibility of the parties
9.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the service in accordance with its description.
9.2. The Contractor's services are of a consulting and/or informational nature.
9.3. The result of applying the recommendations depends on the individual circumstances, actions and decisions of the Customer.
9.4. The Contractor does not guarantee the achievement of a specific financial, professional, social or other result as a result of using the recommendations or materials received.
10. Personal data
10.1. When placing an order, the Customer provides the Contractor with personal data necessary for the performance of the Agreement.
10.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on storiesofkaty.com and the current legislation of Ukraine.
11. Force majeure
11.1. The Parties are exempt from liability for failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of their obligations if this was a consequence of force majeure circumstances in the cases and in the manner provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1. The Parties shall strive to resolve all disputes and disagreements through negotiations.
12.2. If it is impossible to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
13. Term and changes to terms
13.1. The Agreement shall enter into force from the moment of its acceptance by the Customer.
13.2. The Contractor has the right to change the terms of this offer by publishing a new version on the Site.
13.3. The version of the Agreement in force at the time of its execution shall apply to a specific order, unless otherwise provided by law.
